surgical scar still hurts?
Hi guys and girls,
I have been working out now for around a month, my legs are pretty strong and my upper body is coming along nicely. but hey i have a big problem.
two surgerys on my abs have left them very very weak, ten situps , leg raises and i am dead for days from the waist down.
what do i do keep doing them little and often? or gain strength through cycling or rowing machine. please help as this is starting to upset me.
its funny but its the area that needs the most improvment and its going to take the longest.anyway without this problem.
any advice from other ladies or gents who have had surgery below the waist and how did you deal with it?
