No, a week off every 3-4 months is recommended to let your body fully heal

I always come back stronger and even a little larger after a week off...I take one every 4 months or so...

I actually took a week off about 2 weeks ago when I went home for spring break. When I came back last week, i noticed i was doing about 2-3 less reps then what i would normally do. I think this is all mental not so much physical.
