Default back pain

dumbass me was bored thursday night and i went down into my basement and just repped out 135 as much as i could. I did in 22 times and felt pretty good. today and yesterday my back is hurting. Its on the right side and it just feels like a muscle is strained. Its not a horrible pain, but im scared to lift with it still bothering me somewhat. Has this happend to anyone here before?

Your signature is very confusing. You have that you or someone has repped 225 for 26 reps. Then you post that you can only do 135 22 times. I guess that 225 for 26 reps is someone else. But, no I have never had this problem. Only time my back hurts is with squats.
