Default chopped off toe

just basically chopped my big toe off at work today basically a freak accident all that's holding it on right now is stitches and skin hurts like a mother but they perscribed me vicodin so it helps a bit.

what pisses me off is i might need surgery if the the bones are too far apart. find that out tomm morning and if so i won't be able to workout for a while and i just got back into working out after a pretty bad back injury. its twistin my gears pretty bad.

sorry if it doesn't make since i'm on alot of medications

Bump on the steel toe boots! I recommend them even if the risk is small for those types of injuries...You just never know...

Bump on the steel toe boots. But you can always go with my Idea about the full armour suit, Full body protection Might be a little heavy and hot, but hey At least you'll be safe.

/\ Hey if it is heavy it might be worth it to build a little more core muscle! I didn't know about the full-body armor stuff...Is it for industrial work only? How heavy is it?

you work in a warehouse and they let you work without safety shoes?

you wouldn't get one foot in the door in my company and 90% of professional worksites.

Health and Safety Act

Did your employer offer safety shoes? Did you think about your own safety?

Sorry about the lack of sympathy but i have little for people who dont take precautions. My dad had to have laser eye surgery due to angle grinding without goggles... he blamed himself for the matter and understood why i laughed.

yeah i thought about my saftey and my employer told us not to wear steal toes because we're more at risk of getting our foot run over by a forklift and the steal in the boot would cut off our toes anyway.

the work there isn't heavy work just constant lifting of boxes and such, its a good cardio workout working there doesn't go well with bulking though.
