Default back pain durring ab exercises

i have been experiencing frequent back pain evry time i try to work my abs. weather it be crunches, sit ups etc. my back starts to hurt. i dont think i have a spinal problem but i do admit i sometimes get lazy and start slouching and its sorta of become a habit sometimes having bad posture. that may be a factor in my back pain. i can sometimes get through 10 or mabey 15 exercises until it starts to hurt or sometimes i cant even get through 5. i might be helpful to mention i am 15 years old. any comments/advice will be appreciated or alternate exercises.

Drink lots of water and eat some potassium(bananas) If it is indeed cramps they should go away. Also make sure your stretching everything out before you lift. Might have pulled a little something from not stretching. Give it a little rest then see how it is.

Do you do any back exercises? Also, which ab exercises are you trying? Does it only hurt with some? Can you find one that doesn't hurt your back?

i mostly do push ups for my back and i have tried lots of crunch/situp variations but they all hurt start to hurt eventually. the lower back just gives out and i cant go on at around the 8th sit up/crunch. i have also tried ab exercises hanging from a bar but they yeilded the same results.
