Post Physical Theraphy

Here is physical therapy that I've used. It really works. You wanna use resistance for the excersises. For example use a wall for the arm raises, and a table for the leg raises.
here are the directions:

1. Test & find the one exercise with the biggest difference in each row (5)
2.Pick which one of these from the 5 rows is the worst.
3.Exercise the good side until the bad side improvement plateaus.
Suggest 2 to 3 sets of at least 20 seconds.
4.Re-test your primary complaint – did it improve? How much?
5.Now go to the next worst exercise, and repeat steps 3 and 4.
Continue until all 5 have been treated.
6.Pick top 2 or 3 exercises that improved the primary complaint the
most and perform 3 to 5 times a day.
