Default Torn Ligament

Well its official everybody, went to my orthapedic doctor, he sent me for x-rays, and this is the damage

1.When i disloctaed the Hemerus From The socket of My Scapula, It tore the surrounding Ligaments form the ac joint

2. As i dislocated it, there not sure if it was the first time, but it also put a small fracture to the inner ball joint as well

3. My rotator cuff also sees to be not doin well, from the ligaments as of right now

Im am confined to wearing a sling for 2-8 weeks depending on how the healing prrocess goes, i was also told since this is in fact the 3rd dislocation of this specific area, That if the ligaments did not heal as tight as they sjhould have the first time, chances are the ligaments on ther eown will not heal to where they should be the 3rd time

They are also concerned to the severity of this dislocation at this poitn, of nerve damage, im getting tingling feelingd and , almost as if my arm is falling asleep

I dunno what im goin to do, as of right now if things dont improve im looking at a complicated rotator cuff surgey with they said at leats a year or more of rehabilitation

Im really pisse doff atm, if anybody got any ideas help me out...

Also if anybody read the post yesterday about my bros allergic reaction he went into a form of allergic shock was brought to the emergency room today, wher ehe was treated with liquid iV'ed benedryl, pepcid ( believ it or not it has antihistamin properites) and hydroxizine...

Well thats it figure did keep you posted _Bruce

I was lifting last year, i wa sdoin standing barbell military presses in good form, and for some reason, my arm felt week then with 55lbs on the dumbell ( i belive could have been 45), Arm flopped back and that was that, i poppe dit back in about 5 mins later, and didnt lift for 8 months, then as i was doin bent over lateral raiises with 50lb dumbells this past week, i pulled up and it flopped again, everythign wa sin good form, i lift in from of my mirrior to moniter and make sure it is. Suxx though cause i cut my cycle short , By only 1 shot of test eth, Burt now this is a injury that my orthapedist is saying can have a dramtic effect on lifting for the rest of my life, im tryin to find anythign i can to help repair this.

Also this mornin in my sleep around 10 am est , it dislocated again in my sleep , soo this isnt goin well at all

Almost screwed mine up last week. I was doing the military press without a spotter with the 60lbs DB and at the end of a rep my arm started moving back and I quickly dropped the weight with fear of messing up my shoulder.

Sorry to hear brother. I just pulled something in my neck/trap area today doing Military Press with the the 70s. Its the 3rd time I've injured this area but I just started an M1T cycle so this blows. I really shouldnt have pushed myself without having a spotter but I did and I'm kicking myself now.
