Default Joints Pop? or something pops?

well just yesterday i was working out and i was doing front dumbell rises with 15 pounds on each hand and when i was doing one arm at a time my left arm would make a slight "pop" noise when i lower it the dumbell...but as for my right it doesnt have that poping noise...and everytime i do it on my left it would make that noise...well you guys think its bad? joint poping? well iono

my hips pop when i do crunching sit-ups, its just the way your joints react to exercise at that angle.

try varying the angle or level you lower your arm, you shouldnt be locking your arm out at the bottom of the motion anyway

keeps the stress on the muscle and off the joints

Yeah I don't think theres anything to worry about because my right shoulder pops when I do upright rows and its fine..

As long as it doen't hurt or hinder your mobility, your fine. If it does, try to lubricate your joints with glucosamine/chondroitin.
