Default Polinidal Cyst

alright Im sure someone in here has had one and Ive had it about a month and am not sure If Im goin to have it surgically removed or just lanced. Im 22 years old an got a polinidal cyst and its basically on the top of my @ss crack right on my tailbone, i couldnt lift/train or even run for the past two weeks. This **** hurts so bad. Has anyone had one of these, and if you have what did you end up doing? Having it removed or just lanced? Also since this is located on right near my tailbone does anyone have any ideas for ab exercises that dont require the crunch/sit up position besides "bridges"? thanks for any and all help!!!
