It happened again
I cant seem to get over this, ****IN SHOULDER DISLOCTAED AGAIN...
I dont know what to do, I mean it was brief 5 secs only, but still, I( cant keep training like this.... No that im on my last 5 days of my cycle too.. I dont know what to do.... I dont think its my rotator cuff usually after a few days i lose no strength, it dosent hurt its fine, And it only happenes when i do bent over lateral raises or barbell shoulder presses, . im really gettin discourages over this, evertyime i get back into the swing of things this hapepens, I guess i cannot work shoulders anymore =/
