Default It happened again

I cant seem to get over this, ****IN SHOULDER DISLOCTAED AGAIN...

I dont know what to do, I mean it was brief 5 secs only, but still, I( cant keep training like this.... No that im on my last 5 days of my cycle too.. I dont know what to do.... I dont think its my rotator cuff usually after a few days i lose no strength, it dosent hurt its fine, And it only happenes when i do bent over lateral raises or barbell shoulder presses, . im really gettin discourages over this, evertyime i get back into the swing of things this hapepens, I guess i cannot work shoulders anymore =/

That sucks @$$.... There has go to be a shoulder exercise that you can still do....do rows aggravate it??

No upward rows are fine and i can do alot of weight doin them, thats what i dont understand... SIcne this has happened if i extend my arm out and rotate it to palm side up i can feel pain to the top ball section of my shoulder . if i bnend elbow at 90 dgree angel and lift out to side and bring down it kinda jitters , i think thats becaose of what just hapepend , bt i dunno, =/ this really blows im soo upset

I guess you will have to leave it at rows....at least you can still do them....

Rows and shrugs, i guess, i can also do front laterl raises, i guess thatll do i wont lift heavy on the now , ill throw more of my focus into my legs then =/

Yeah....at least you can still train shoulders in some ways...maybe if you just give them a couple of months they will get better...
