Default shoulder injuries

yo whats up all.im new to this site and im pleased that i came across it.
i was wondering if anyone could tell me about good shoulder workouts. i play football and im going to be a senior next year. i had my shoulder scoped last year and it kept me out for the season. they went in and attached all the muscls back together, took out broken bone pieces, and attached some ripped cartilage back to the bone.
i have invested so much of my time into training for next season and i just want to make sure that i dont get injured again.

My injury wasnt that bad, but i dislocated my shoulder total of 3 times last year, I feared my rotator cuff was messed up. I was taking Clucosamine with MSM , MSM= Pharmacutical grade Sulphur, used to repair ligaments , muscle tissue, and cartilidge...

I lifted light high reps to restregthen it, and i havent had a problem since, will tkae some time...

^^Bump^^ to the above exercises, Lat Downs i would say really helped out the most i feel...

Another good way , and i got it off this board, is to work out the fron at backside of the shoulder soo it actually compresses the injury, it works

I had shoulder surgery my senior year of highschool. I dislocated it twice that season. I had a labrum (sp?) tear. Defanitly have physical therapy, it helped out a lot. I am back to lifting and even did track my senior year throwing the shot put.

Use a resist-a-ball, and put it against the wall, chest height. Lean against it with one arm while facing forward. Then, start making small circles, first clockwise then counter. If this is too easy, move your legs back. When that becomes too easy, turn sideways and try it. This one of the best ways to rehab a shoulder, and build upon the smaller muscles around the joint itself for stability.
