Default injury

i suffered a herniated disk in my upper back between my shoulder blades and i loss some upper back strength and i need some tips to strengthin it up

you might want to see a vertebral specialists.

I have a herniated (class 3) disk in my lower back. The specialist i saw gave me a bunch of excercises for it. Yet, the upper back and the Lumbar are very different in terms of strengthening the supporting muscle groups.

i have seen the specialist and yes i did get excercises and im past the phase of recouperating what im looking for is bulking it now (safely) and preventing another injury
