It probably aint too serious. Whats your weekly routine look like? Overtraining?? Are you breathing correctly? Are there any other supps. you are taking?

well heres my weekly workout schedule:

MOn- abs
Tues-Shoulders and Triceps
Wednestday- *break*
Thursday- Chest
Friday- biceps and forearms
Sat- traps, quads
Sun- *break*

also i just do about 5 sets of 10-12 reps...well i count when i do pushups...i think counting messes up the breathing, no?...also i am taking v12 turbo and gnc megamen vitamins...

I count when I'm doing sets.....here's how I breathe more of less....

2 Deep breathes then up the bar.
inhale slow as I lower the bar.
as I lift off again, exhale slow but powerful.
and inhale as I drop again.

If you got to, try and count at the top of the rep. I tend to do count out loud as a kind of self motivator during leg workouts.

Anyone else can give there version on breathing techs. if they want. I know there isn't one way to do things.

thats a whole lot of creatine. 9-10 grams of creatine in less than a 2hr span of time seems awefully excessive to me
