Default back and chest help

When i do chest shoulders and back im rarely ever sore and if i am its usually very little. for back i do usually do wide grip pulldowns, dead lifts, rows etc. for shoulders ill do plate raises, military presses, upright rows i think there called. etc. So what do you guys do that give you a good work out im really lookin for some more back ones.

Also if your not sore the day after does that mean your not getting a good workout? I work them hard and i dont slack off so am i still gettin a workout if im not sore the next day?
thanks

soreness doesnt mean ****, unless its chronic sreness from over training or something. Your good.

Hit the dealifts hard, then get some wide grip pull ups and db rows in

Wide arm pull ups for the lats. Military pull ups for the inner upper back, reverse flies, and hell yes, some dead lifts.
