Alright i am 16 years old. I am a bigger male. About 6ft, 230lbs.
I have decent sized arms and am pretty strong from benching and curling and doing dips at my home. But recently a new gym opened by my house and i got a deal on a membership. I would love to have huge arms, but my first priority is to drop a lot of weight and fat! I want to drop like all of my fat and then start lifting. I have tried to diet and have been drinking a lot of water. Basically i need a 7 day work out plan that will let me drop fat/weight as fast as possible. I am not afraid to go hardcore. Some good diet tips and ways to stay motivated would be of great help too! |
