Hey -

Just looking for some avice or reference where i can go to see how much i should be lifting, curling , pull downs ect. based on height and weight.

If this none i could listen to general theories to get an idea.... i'm 6'3" 245 lb. and bout 40lbs over from 12 oz curls.

any insight would help.

Bench, deadlifts and squats are the lifts you should be using to guage your strength.

There's no really way to guage what you "should" be lifting. But, you should only count bench, squat, and deadlifts as has been stated.
