I'm 6'1", around 170 lbs, 17 years old in about 2 months and I'm going to start lifting around mid-September. I was wondering if anyone could help me by telling me how many days a week I should be lifting. So far I have a routine for 4 days with 3 days rest never working the same muscle directly in the week.
