GaevusMesias is on a distinguished road
Default new to the forum, & some useful advice.

I'm a bit over 14 yrs old, and have always been impressed by bodybuilding. I've started lifting a year & a half ago, and so far my biceps and chest have responded almost a bit too well, my delts are pretty good, but my legs are pure ****, I feel awkward & gangly because my legs are pretty stubborn. I do lift fairly heavy, but I do tent to try and be as cautious as possible. Just some advice from some of u more experienced lifters would be good.

Here's my typical workout:

Day 1: Chest, Back & Arms

Chest-
Bench Press 3x 10, 8, 6
Dumbell Press 3x 12, 10, 8
Flyes 4x 10, 8, 6, 4

Back-
Barbell Rows 3x 12, 10, 8
Pull-Ups 3x 8, 6, 4

Tri's-
Overhead Extentions 3x 10, 8, 6
Close Grip Bench- 3x 10, 8, 6
Kickbacks- 4x 12, 10, 8, 6

Bi's-
Preacher Curls- 3x 10, 6, 8
Hammer Curls- 3x 8, 6, 4
EZ Bar Curls- 3x 10, 8, 6

Day 2: Delts, Traps & Legs

Delts-
Military Press- 3x 10, 8, 6
Front Raises- 3x 10, 8, 6
Upright Rows- 3x 12, 8, 6

Traps-
Behind Back Shoulder Shrugs- 3x 10, 8, 6
Front Shoulder Shrugs- 3x 10, 6, 8

Day 3: Rest

What do you do for legs, because I don't see them on there for day two. Your arms are growing fast because your working them the most. On your back day i would do deadlifts too. On shoulders day i would do side lateral raises instead of front raises, because your front delts already get worked on military press and a little on bench press. Also what is your diet like protien, carbs, fat; and your height and weight.
