19 Years of age Height 5'10 Weight 155-160 lbs Body Type: Normal I have been thinking about venturing into weight training for a while now, but due to tiresome work and school schedule it was nearly impossible. Now I have a little more time on my hands, thus I want to better myself. I did some research about different workouts that I could do, and I have settled on the one that Taekwondo Guy posted Which can be found here I am going to go into the gym tomorrow morning and begin a lot of what I can handle so that I can see progress. I am really excited about this! Can't wait. Just wanted to post, in the off chance that someone is interested. Thanks |
