ok i'm 16 145lbs 5feet5
I have a pretty strong core but my arms are really skinny. My biceps actually aren't bad but my triceps are really small. I've been working my on improving my triceps but it hasn't seemed to be working. Am i overtraining my triceps? Undertraining? Can someone recomend some good tricep workouts? Monday- 5 sets of squats, 3 sets of military press, ab work Wednesday- 5 sets of close grip bench press, 5 sets of deadlift Saturday- 5 sets of bench press, 3 sets of dumbell incline, 3 sets of cable crossover. |
