Default Need help with triceps

ok i'm 16 145lbs 5feet5
I have a pretty strong core but my arms are really skinny. My biceps actually aren't bad but my triceps are really small. I've been working my on improving my triceps but it hasn't seemed to be working. Am i overtraining my triceps? Undertraining? Can someone recomend some good tricep workouts?

Monday- 5 sets of squats, 3 sets of military press, ab work
Wednesday- 5 sets of close grip bench press, 5 sets of deadlift
Saturday- 5 sets of bench press, 3 sets of dumbell incline, 3 sets of cable crossover.

your too young to worry about lagging bodyparts,your 16 so your still growing,just keep training,eating and roll with it,when i was your age i only ever did squats,deadlifts,bench and rows.

your working your shoulders too much! do this for now and concentrate on form:
mon. 5 sets squats, 5 sets sldl
weds. 5 sets deadlift, 5 sets row
sat. 5 sets bench press, 3 sets close grip

that is all you need to you become better on your form. dont worry about weight right now- you have plenty of time for that!
