Heya everyone this is my first post since joining so bare with me lol.

I am a week into a course of phd methoxy 7 and they are working great. I have noticed an increase in size and strenth and muscle pump, I have also noticed it I'm my mat who started at the same time. I started the phd stack ( creatine, pharma gain & methoxy ) after coming back from a broken hand about a month ago. Hands healed ok and I'm pushing the same weight as I was before the injury, but my endurance is shot I last 2 sets then I'm fried and have to wait till the next exercise to push to failier again just wondering if this was normal? And if there is anything else to get me back into training faster? Eg strenthening my wrists so I don't hurt myself again.
Thanks

Wrists are always a key factor to stregthen along with forearms. I do as much weight lifting without wrist supports as I can. A lot of people who do have sore wrists / pre-injured wrists just do lighter weight more reps less recovery time also helps build strength.
