Default Is it alright if I do this?

Take a Whey protein shake in the morning (around 10am), take N.O. XPlode(around 2:30pm), workout(around 3:00pm), and then after my workout take another whey protein shake(around 3:45pm)?

^needs more food.

a protein shake after a workout is fine if you're trying to gain weight. 60-90 min. later hit the kitchen and get some real food in.

drop the NO-Xplode. Not only is BSN garbage but it's evident you are in the ultra-beginner phases of training judging from your eating schedule proposal. i wouldn't even recommend you take something as basic as creatine yet b/c it won't do you any good if your diet is lacking.

have a good meal (protein+carbs) 60-90 min. before you lift. and eat a solid breakfast aka REAL food. make an omelet, scrambled eggs, milk, toast or oatmeal, glass of OJ, whatever.

in conclusion, eat more food man!
