Default Am i doing anything wrong?

Hello BB4U, Just got a couple of questions to ask, but here is some info before i start:
17 years
5'11''
150ish lbs
Weight Train 3-5 days a week
Run/Bike 3-5 days a week
Swim 3/5 days a week
Take 2 Creatine 189 Amp before workout
Take 1 Creatine 189 Amp After workout
Take 60grams of Amp Whey Protein(GNC) after workout

on days i don't weight train i take the protein and the 2 creatine 189 in the morning.




I'm trying to sort of "bulk" up and overall get stronger.



Am I doing anything wrong??

do you have any sort of diet your on?, maybe take some weight gainer... that will pack on some extra mass along with a diet

um diet? well sort of. I really cut down on my junk food intake. A very rarely snack, and if i do snack it's usually fruit or something not to fatty.

Here's my daily diet:
7am: bowl of kashi
12pm: Lunch, high protein tv dinner, grilled cheese, sandwich, etc, nothing bad
3pm: workout
4pm: 70grams of protein(shake)
5-7pm: dinner, chicken, steak, maybe go out for dinner, etc

and throw a small snack in there every once and a while.

You need to post your routine and list your daily diet to really get a good outside observation

This is your problem. That looks like a cut to me. You need to EAT! That's gotta be somewhere around 1500-1700 cals. At 17 yrs old, I was skinny even taking in around 3k a day. You need more food, and that 70g of protein you have there seems like overkill. I would cut that down to around 50g, I don't think the body will use more than that at once (within 1-2 hours). You should be eating 6 times a day and a lot of it at that.

you need to eat more

and if you really wanna bulk up maybe drop some of that cardio

Hey sorry I think i used "bulk" incorrectly. What i really want is to look cut, and more muscular. Right now my upper body is getting pretty cut, but i can't seem to get my core where i want it to be.
