Hello BB4U, Just got a couple of questions to ask, but here is some info before i start:
17 years 5'11'' 150ish lbs Weight Train 3-5 days a week Run/Bike 3-5 days a week Swim 3/5 days a week Take 2 Creatine 189 Amp before workout Take 1 Creatine 189 Amp After workout Take 60grams of Amp Whey Protein(GNC) after workout on days i don't weight train i take the protein and the 2 creatine 189 in the morning. I'm trying to sort of "bulk" up and overall get stronger. Am I doing anything wrong?? -thanks. |

um diet? well sort of. I really cut down on my junk food intake. A very rarely snack, and if i do snack it's usually fruit or something not to fatty.
Here's my daily diet: 7am: bowl of kashi 12pm: Lunch, high protein tv dinner, grilled cheese, sandwich, etc, nothing bad 3pm: workout 4pm: 70grams of protein(shake) 5-7pm: dinner, chicken, steak, maybe go out for dinner, etc and throw a small snack in there every once and a while. |
