Default Help please!

It's about to be summer time and I really want to work out hard this summer so when I go back to school it will be like a different me. I'm 15 years old (16 in a couple of months) and I weigh around 130lbs. Below are some pictures of me right now.

My current routine is:
Dumbbells (20lbs each) - 6 Sets ; 12 Reps (Right, left, right, left, etc)
Iron Gym (Pullups) - 6 Sets ; 6 Reps
Perfect Push up - I aim for 50 with ten second rests between every 10 but I usually end up not being able to push myself up by 40.

And on every other day that I'm not doing that, I just do tons of stuff with my abs. Crunches, situps, some weird thing where I lay and left my legs up.

I don't have a great routine, I basically just go until I can't go anymore and then I rest a little and go some more.

I'm a skinny kid and I recently purchased 1lb of 100% Whey Protein. It should be coming soon. I have a question about that. How much should I take with how much water and when should I take it, before or after my workout?

Alright, finally the pictures. I don't have much equipment besides what I'm using right now so please try and help me improve my routine!
