We do workout out sessions on my course at college and each week someone else in the group has to host the workout as part of a task. On Friday we did a strength session. I didn't really take it seriously for the most part as the dumbells weighed about the same as a bag of flour and i was working out later any way.
Then we had to do squats and the bar they gave me weighed about 15kg. No one in my class could even do a proper squat but our teacher knew how to do them. She was trying to show the guys in my class how to but they just couldn't do it. I marched over and said i would show them how to do it.
I picked up my mate Danny who probs weighs about 150-160 pounds. He lead across my shoulders like a bar and i squatted him 10 times in front of the class with perfect form. They all just stopped, watched and then clapped when i finished. I felt well proud afterwards and showed up all the guys in my class. And am not even a strong squatter.
