Default question on pre-workout supps

I'm 15 years old and I just picked up more mega men sport vitamins, and whey isolate 28/amplified creatine 189 .. obviously i take my vitamins in the morning, but im not sure when to take the creatine/whey, if i need a pre-workout supp please let me know!

Your 15 bro. U don't need any of that. If your gonna waste your money, just mail it to me! The only "Supplement"(cuz thats what it is) you should consider is the whey for the extra protein. Just eat healthy, sleep good, and workout hard.

And GNC sucks...

i disagree with this somewhat. "Just eat healthy, sleep good, and workout hard." this is definetly true but i dont see any reason to not take the multi-vitamin. i think that is even more important than the whey although it is fine for you to take the whey also.


i do agree that GNC sucks but those mega man vitamins actually are pretty good and are the only thing i buy from there.

whey after your workouts. your creatine should have directions but take it after workout and in the morning if it doesn't.
you would be surprised what just buying a box of chicken breast can do for your gains....
