No back training? back muscles make up 2/3 of your upper body muscle mass. You absolutely need to train your legs. Running at a moderate pace on a treadmill does nothing for size and power. In fact, it does the opposite. Lifting heavy on your legs will boost growth hormone and testosterone production significantly. Get in the squat rack now. Lifting legs will also increase the strength and size of your upper body due to the increase in GH and testosterone. You will never get big and strong without lifting legs. Your routine should be more like this: Morning cardio 4x per week. Monday, Chest, triceps. Do it hard and heavy. Tuesday Legs (squats and leg presses) Wednesday Back and Biceps Thursday Shoulders Friday Deadlifts Saturday start over again at chest. Sunday rest. You should be lifting for 1 hour max. Do it hard and intensely. Lifting upper body like how you are allows for zero recovery time, and will actually weaken and break down muscle. It's all about growth stimulation and recovery. Stimulate growth by lifting heavy and intensely. Recover by a solid high protein diet and 4 days of rest. You will grow best like that.
