Default Gaining weight over muscle

jst wondering started working out about 2mnths ago now and am already seeing the benefits however i feel i need to gain weight and have bought a weight gainer but b4 i start using it just got a few worries
- due to the fact i am tryin to get a six pack jst wonderin if using a weight gainer will damage the shape of this.
- due to the fact i am quite skinny i have managed to gain quite abit of muscle that i can see and am worried about losing this due to use of weight gainer, appreiciate all your views and thnks in advance.

What exactly did you buy? is it an actual "weight gainer" or is it just a protein supp?

Either way though... the only weight gainer you should be taking is the kind that you grill to medium well on the BBQ and cover with A1 sauce!

post up your diet and WO's look like and we will see if we cant figure out how to get some bulk to stick on ya.

BE HONEST!

Mike is on the money. If you're already gaining mass on your own, why use a gainer? Its only going to encourage fat gain.
