Default 16 6ft2 190lbs Is creatine suitable?

hi
lemme jus give u some background info about myself
Well im 16 nearly 17...im 6ft 3 and i weight around 190-200lbs im holdin at little extra weight...i mean im not fat but i have a few wobbly bits
Right...next to my questions
i have been researching creatine for a while now...and am not sure weather it is suitable for me. i workout regularly and am looking to gain muslce quickly. from what my research tells me creatine helps gain weight...and on the grounds of my info i do not need 2 gain weight im just looking for a increase in the speed i can gain muscle so... Is creatine suitable for me??

Nope, sorry boss... there is no powder, capsule, or shake that is going to help you "gain muscle quickly"

Take the money you were planning on spending on creatine and go buy a nice steak instead... it will serve you much better.

yeah it is suitable if thats what you wanna call it. it doesn't have any bad effects that would effect anything at your age. i recommend sticking with the more advanced creatines such as the CEE (creatine ethyl ester),Purple K creatine, and the creatine salts that claim there is reduced bloating effect that you can experience with creatine mono hydrate. they all work quite well as does the Purple K creatine it is also very good. you should keep reading all the sticky s in the supplement section on creatine you wanna make sure your looking up every supplement you do,
