Arrow NitroTech Hardcore. Will it help me?

I'm 15 years old, weigh 140 and was lookin for a supplement to put on some weight, and to help me out lifting. I was going to buy CytoGainer, but when i got to GNC they had the NitroTech on sale from $45 down to $30. The CytoGainer was $33, so I bought the NitroTech.

Is this stuff any good, and wll it help me? I'm sure it will to some extent, but I would like some opinions or "success" stories if u will.

Thannks guys

Ok, ima give ya some advice because your where i was years ago. Good job on coming on here to get advice, step well taken...however, heres some mistakes you made.

1: Read the stickies at the top of the boards, lots of good topics and Supplement reviews, and training tips.
2: Never rely on supplements to get the gains you want, you will jsut be let down. You need to worry about your diet and your training, not sell-tech "hardcore"
3: Never go to GNC, you will just get ripped off. It doesnt matter if its "Reduced" or "On sale", its just a lowered price from the original rip off price. Order your stuff online at bulk nutrition or body building. Cheap and shipping is usually cheap or free. If you have a VitaminShoppe or MuscleMag close that works too.
4: As mentioned above, DIET. Its all about the red meats, carbs, fish , pasta all that good stuff, you put in a well honored diet you will get well honored results...food gives you better results then supplements do, ask anyone.

Now, with that being said, dont get all discouraged from taking Nitrotech, hell , i have a bottle 2 feet away from me. Why? Because im stuck on an island inside a military base where the only good supp they sell is nitrotech and its cheap. However, even I am ordering from Bulk nutrition tommorow for my supplements . What does your diet and training schedule look like?

Then your school must really suck. State institutions/educational places normally serve nutritious food, you jsut dont realize it. And if its that bad, Bring a lunch. I used to eat Tuna all the time when i was in highschool , and 6-8 pints of milk. Worked fine for me, and you should be eating more then just lunch at school. Atleast 2-3 small meals. Why not take protein bars or shakes to school and divide them up throughout the day.

Bane is right. Your diet and workout routine will get you far more "gains" than any supplement.

I suggested Cytogainer because it would give you some of the calories you need. Something like 800 per serving with milk. Compare that to your Nitro Tech which is 110 calories per serving. C'mon on man. Get your diet in check and get a weight gainer.

Start bringing your own lunch to school. Tuna, even deli chicken on a whole wheat bagel, or roast beef sandwiches. Pack 2 sandwiches a day for a lunch and you're good money. Go to the store and pick up those packets of almonds, bring some of those too.

Do yourself a favor and read the stickys. It's really good info that everyone should know before trying to embark on their quest to gain muscle.

and by the way, Bane is right. Food DOES give you better results than any suppliment.

You need to start eating MEALS 6 times a day.

Nitro-tech (or any other protein supplement) will not help you if your diet has not been solidly established as of yet, along with your training. A potent multivitamin, protein supplement and fish oil is all you need. Eat whole foods, eat your veggies and drink 1 gallon of water a day.
