Question Supplements

So i've been lifting since last August and I have went up on Bench from 95lbs to 185lbs. I have also went up in other areas, but I have only gained about 3 pounds total. I have decided that I want to find some kind of supplement to take to help me gain mass.

I cant really up my calorie intake like I hear alot of people doing, because as you know school lunch isnt the most nutritious food in the world. I do eat like a pig though, but my metabolism is through the roof i guess at my age.

I would like to know if anyone has any suggestions on what i can do to bulk up, I've got lean cuts in my arms, etc but I just want to be bigger, then bigger, then bigger....

For starters, heres a pic...lmk guys what I can do

Cytogainer, take it 2-3 times a day and eat till you puke and you'll gain weight. I bet the house on that.

If you are doing your job as a garbage disposal and eating everything healthy in your path and not gaining weight, then check out Cytogainer or N-Large2 as BWD suggested. If you need reassurance that they help you gain weight, just look at his avatar. Swoll.

I think you tried to IM me earlier. I wasn't at my computer and didn't save your name. Feel free to try again later.

I hear a lot of people say " Dude i eat a **** load and can't gain", the thing is how often? and what? If you want to gain, spread your meals out throughout the day instead of pigging out 1-2 times and then eating crap later. Be consistent and you'll see some steady gains. Supplements help a little but the right food will help a lot. This has been said so many times, I wonder why...

so i went to GNC earlier to get some cytogainer, and they had muscletech's Nitro-Tech Hardcore on sale from $45 to $30. It ended up bein cheaper than the $33 cytogainer. So i bought it.....i think this nitro-tech is better for me, not sure tho. Any opinions?

Just remember guys... if your diet and routine isn't on its 'A' game, gainers will just end up being the most expensive cheeseburgers you've ever gotten fat from.

You reckon if i am having a bad week or something, really busy or maybe injured so I cant train as well i should just drop the gainer untill am back on form?

No, Cytogainer or any other supplement won't cover up poor nutrition.

Your "diet" refers to your daily FOOD intake.
So the request was for you to list your daily food intake for others to critique as this is probably the source of your problem.

I dont think the absence of Cytogainer in your diet is even 1/1000th as great as the absence of a proper diet, so you should be looking towards mapping out a better plan in the kitchen versus when and where you are going to go pick up a tub of Cytogainer

You look like a classic ectomorph. Try eating 3-4 very large meals as opposed to 5-6 smaller meals. All eating more frequently does is speed up your metabolism which is the last thing you need.

that pretty much sums it up.
