Exclamation Help!!!

Im 17 years old 5' 7" 115lbs i eat alot but cant seem to retain my food lol i was interested in bulking up i have read about weight gainers (N-Large II
n CytoSport Muscle Milk Collegiate) i dont know if it is affective or not the reviews on N-Large II are great but i need to know if it really works also i just got a gym membership n i was wondering what other supplements are good to take for begginers.

at 17 concentrate on decent foods dont bother with supps.

woooord, suppliments come way later when you've gained experience and know how to grow. you gotta eat right, sleep right, and lift right...

I don't see a problem with a weight gainer though. I suggest Cytogainer. It helped me a lot.
