Smile Supplements (creatine) at 20

Hi,

I hope ive posted in the right place since this is my 1st one, but basically ive been working out for over a year now and im 20., I just got my hands on the PHd Creatine product and ive never tried it before.

My question is, would it make me put on weight, as in fat? In terms of around the stomach because I've tended to neglect the abs over the last year lol, concentrating more on arms n shoulders.

cheers guys
mike

Creatine is naturally calorie free. With proper diet and lifting, studies show you'll gain more strength and mass with it than without it. That isn't to say how much stronger or bigger though.

Creatine will not have any affect on weight-loss.

I hate creatine lol. Tried it for a few months, wasn't what I wanted.
Creatine wont gain you fat, but it will make you look fatter and feel gooier, which is the water absorption. You have to drink tons of water when taking it, or you will cramp up. Also if your dead set on Creatine, try looking into Kre-Alkalyn. Its a pH correct Creatine(pH of 12 I believe) absorbed better then Creatine Monohydrate, it wont break down like the Monohydrate form when mixed with water. You can take less and get same, if not better results as Creatine Monohydrate. Comes in both powder and caps. I tried both and prefer the Kre-Alkalyn over the Monohydrate.

But I personally wouldn't suggest Creatine at all.
