Getting it back
Hey guys, i have been a bit of a drop out recently. Kinda lost that fire. I started college in september and thats where it all started. Soon as i started i just couldnt keep up with my training then when things settled down i struggled to pick it back up, mainly because of my new timetable (working instead of college). Then when christmas came i worked over the hols and was so busy with that and meeting my new girlfreind that i virtually dropped the weights all togther. Was hoping for a comeback in the new year but that went down the pan when i caught a real bad chest infection.
Since then i have slowly started to pick up the pieces. In the past few weeks i have started training more regularly and training hard aswell. It feels great and i can already feel the effects, even if its only my confidence. I am eating alot more, same there again my diet when bad since starting college. I wouldnt eat as much as i used to and the food i did eat was mainly crap.
Just thought i would holla to say am back in the game, lol. But this time with a better attitude then before. I havent taken this big a gap in my training like this ever, since i started. So i have a new out look at the sport, a positive 1, you could say i leanrt a few things about myself.
