hey im bryan 18 5'11".180 lbs..just looking for advise on how to gain 10 even 15lbs by summer so that gives me about 4.5 months..any ideas on certain supplements that u no could help me make some gains faster then being on nothing
superdrol??? i heard sbout this dunno if i am to young for it?? im wondering if u guys heard about NO shotgun i just heard about it and i guees its pretty good and i do take protein and NO2...so let me no on any thing besides those |

It's really simple. Just listen to what everyone is saying. Create a caloric surplus...that means eat more than you burn...but make sure it's a lot. When I was bulking I was consuming close to 6,000 calories a day.
Now it's also important you get some sleep. At least 8 hours a day, because you don't build muscles at the gym. You just damage them..They repair and get bigger while you sleep!!! This is the one thing I was lacking for the longest time. Next comes consitency. You need to keep with a routine. Don't give up and certainly don't slack. This is very important as well. I suggest you do some reading around here. It's a plethora of info. Btw, Sdrol completely destorys your liver, and since you're a beginner I bet you anything you'll get the same, if not better results by just doing the things I've listed above than lets say I would get from it. Edit: If there is any suppliment you "should" spend money on, I'd suggest Cytogainer. It's just easier if you can't eat. It's very convient. Drop the No2, it's a waste of money, atleast at this stage in your development. |
