Default Any Opinions?

All right, for the past month or so I've been basically doing a one day split because a 2 day split wont allow--personal reasons. Anyways, this is basically my routine for every other day, sometimes ill change up some stuff but this is it for the most part. Any opinions? Oh, BTW I try to lift heavy everyday.

Bench press: 1x6 1x5 1x4
DB Incline: 1x8 1x6 1x4-5
DB Shoulder press: 1x8 1x6 1x4-5
Cross cables: 1x8 1x6 1x4-5
Shrugs: 2x6
Weighted pull-ups: 1x8 1x6 1x4-5
Low row: 1x6 1x5 1x4
Upright row: 1x8 1x6 1x4-5
Curls: 1x8 1x6 1x4
Squat: 1x6 1x5 1x4
(spending time away from deads until i feel my lower back is 100%)

First off, Im not a fan of full body workout routines. You need to split up your different muscle groups.

If Im reading this right, you are doing this routine every other day. You are in essence working out 3-4 times a week. If so, then thier is no reason you cant be splitting up your muscle groups.

I figure I'd get something about the full body routine, but I dont gas out by the time i hit squats so I dont see why I should split if I can still maintain intensity.

If you dont have a specific reason, please split those up man.

You hit everything, but not as intensely as you should. If you split it up, you could focus on certain groups and really hit them hard.

You're better off doing one muscle group right, rather than lightly brush them all at once.

I don't see where you're getting that I'm lightly brushing on muscle groups. right now i'm not focusing on isolation exercises for my legs, just squat--besides that I don't see what I'm not hitting hard.

Why are you arguing with people. You asked for opinions.

really, full body workouts are for beginners,if you want to develop your body you ought to do a split routine so you can concentrate on those muscles alone.
