Default decline bench??

y is the decline bench so much easier than regular bench????

That's a generalization. Decline is easier for some, that's for sure. It takes some of the load off the chest and transfers it more to the delts if I'm not mistaken. If someone has strong shoulders (compared to the chest) then decline will be easier.

I thought it was opposite of that?? Takes stress off the shoulders and puts more stress on the chest??

all chest and tris.......typically people have a stronger chest than shoulders. Which is why generally people do less weight on incline (which is mostly shoulders).

Wrong in this case. Decline takes stress off the shoulders and places more emphasis on the chest. The decline angle alone is what accomplishes this.

I personally like the decline better than the flat bench.

well on regualar bench i can do 205 once on regular bench and 205 5 times on decline so that means my shoulders are stronger compared tot my chest

I stand corrected gents! I knew there was something with changing primary muscle focus, just couldn't remember which ones...
