It's very poor routine for a few reasons

The main thing that stands out is that your shoulders are taking a serious pounding! The shoulders are heavily involved in chest day, so having them get hit again the very next day is not optimal by any means.
You need to spread out chest and shoulders by 3 days (72 hours)

I see what you are doing here, but I also dont like the way you have your body parts linked and spread out

I dont mean to offer up a routine just because it's MY routine as there is no one road, there are many, but I do think this routine would be better for you

Mon - Back/Legs/Biceps
T - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
W - Off
Th - Back/Legs/Biceps
Fri - Chest/Shoulders/Biceps
S - Abs
S - Off

You would have more time for recovery and you are still hitting up everything twice per week
(except abs) and most importantly, since you are combining chest and shoulder days you solve your real problem

When do you fit in the cardio? Not on leg days. And if you really blasted your legs on leg day, then it would be pretty hard to get in a good cardio workout the following day either. So I see that Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday are the only days you can do your cardio BALLS TO THE WALL!. Or am I wrong?

Like I said in my previous post, how are you going to be able to get a good cardio session in right after you blast your legs? Seems to me you would be able to push harder after working something in your upper body.

I like the treadmill over a bike, but do as you like.

That's a solid effort doing your shoulders on the same day as your chest and triceps! I can only manage my anterior delts on my chest/tri day...
