Default lifting for a while but needs help

im 17 and ive bin lifting on and off just recinetly started lifting more often i know how to lift and im educated on how to work what and familiar with all the muslces and how to work them....i have bin progressivly getting stronger but the only problem i have is i cant seem to gain weight or get bigger size wise and i have recently found a workout i kinda like but i think there might possibly be one that suits me better out there so please email me or reply to this post with any help u cant give

So you've got the lifting/training/routine part down it seems, now focus your education on diet and create a good diet schema for your body to follow..

well i live in a little town with not much to choose from food wise what would be the best to eat right after i lift i mean i know it woul be good to go home and cook up a big fat steak but i cant always do that
