well i just turned 16 and ive been working out for like one and a half years now, i bench about 230 im 6'2 196 pounds. And for Christmas i can get what ever i want with 3oo bucks. since i don't have the money to buy supplements i was going to buy supplements with it. I take cell tech and nitro tech now. Does any one now what stack i should go on with supplements.
also i was wondering if it would be bad for me to take hydroxy cut even tho im not fat, just to get more definition in my stomach, i have a 4 pack, i want a 6 pack? |

On a serious note, 300 is a lot for supps. As long as you have a basic protein+water for RIGHT after workout you're all good man. Save it for college maybe? I know when I was 16 I made money but I spent a bunch on stupid sh!t that I sorta regret now. Lowering bodyfat will come with eating cleaner foods. So focus on replacing some "dirtier" foods with cleaner ones. (Buy good chocken breast, red meat, tuna, steak, extra lean ground beef, clean carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice etc) But make sure you are eating enough too, don't cut out too much food. For your age+stats you're doing really good man keep up whatever you're doing cause it's working! |
