Default Working Chest with shoulder injury

I sprained my shoulder two weeks ago and wasnt able to lift much. Now ive healed up enough to do most of my lifts, except for everything chest. My shoulder is still too weak and sore. Ive tried DBs and a barbell and still just a bit sore, but its killing me working everything but my chest, and my chest lags behind everything by a lot. So my question is does anyone know of an exercise where I can still hit my chest but minimize the stress on my shoulder. I understand most chest exercises are using my shoulders but maybe im missing something. I really dont want to wait another 3-4 weeks and then build back up again..but of course I dont want to get hurt again

If you try to come back too quickly one of two things will happen.

1 - you'll re-injure the same spot - probably worse.

2 - you'll overcompensate and injure something else - then you have two injuries to deal with.

REST IS GOOD.
