Default few questions

1. What exactly is a cheat meal? im on my bulking "phase" and i have heard to eat one cheat meal a week. i usually eat something hefty a day(pizza, large amount of macaroni, ice cream, some school foods) and was wondering if those were considered cheat meals.

2. Would it be ok to lift two days in a row? im sure it would be, just want to be more sure.

3. Sometime this morning i woke up in pain, it was my calf muscle. i dont remember if my toes were pointed up or down. but it hurt like hell. like i was flexing for hours. later on my hamstring did the same thing. it was curled up. i dont know what this could be from. anyone know what thats about? or what i could do to have that not happen again?
i dont know how to explain this question very well :/ sorry.

thanks in advance!
im at 136 but plan to get up to 160 before school starts again.
wish me luck

A cheat meal is a term usually reserved for when youre cutting. Every meal on a bulker is a cheat meal.

to answer your 3rd question, dehydration will often cause muscle spasms....drink about 4 litres of water a day

I figure a cheat meal is one meal in which you eat whatever you want, you name it, but it's only one meal during cutting. I thought in bulking one still had to eat fairly healthy.

The only time dirty bulking makes sense to me is if you're gaining for like a sport, depending on the sport and position. I guess powerlifters, but I honestly don't know about them, so if anyone does, excuse my ignorance.
