Default Diet for a 16 year old

I know most diets that ive heard of are like no carbs, chocolate ect. But for a lifter i hear that carbs can help? What im wondering what is a good diet for a me, a 16 HighSchool kid.

These are what my diet consists of now:

Fish
Meat
Sushi

Just eat big and clean and you'll do just fine at 16.
