Default legs

I've been working my legs hard latly and I started this beginners workout routine to try do something different...

I did about 3/4th of the workout and managed to finish all the leg exercises but I was really tired and decided to go home.

The next day my right leg was in alot of pain and I could barly move it. I had been lifting heavy and I was wondering if I should be lifting lighter on full body work outs?

heres what stood out to me when i read this.

-working my legs hard lately
-beginners workout
-tired, went home
-right leg was in pain.

you are doing to much to soon and over-stressing your legs by doing a lot of weight. your body is not used to lifting that way. ease off a bit before you seriously hurt yourself then check your form, lower the weight, and hope it is nothing serious. I do not think it is since the pain came the next day. try a light jog and then stretch to see if it feels better.
