heres what stood out to me when i read this.
-working my legs hard lately -beginners workout -tired, went home -right leg was in pain. you are doing to much to soon and over-stressing your legs by doing a lot of weight. your body is not used to lifting that way. ease off a bit before you seriously hurt yourself then check your form, lower the weight, and hope it is nothing serious. I do not think it is since the pain came the next day. try a light jog and then stretch to see if it feels better.
