anyone got any good leg or back workouts. im trying to bust my legs and back now since i got chest down pat. ive been eating 6 meals a day so im sure gaining weight will happen but i cant really find any good workouts for back and legs. i usually just do squats, deads, bent rows, leg press, hack squats, or latpulls/pullups.
