Default Need help making some serious gains

I have been lifting seriously for almost two years now, i seem to have plateaued though and i want to get some serious cuts. i am a hockey player and i am strong but i dont show it like i should. i need to cut that last bit of fat off but im not sure how. please help with any advice (fat burners, supplements, new exercises etc)

Age 18 male
Height 5'9
Weight 175

Bench 275 x 1
Squat 315 x 2
Incline Bench 155 x 5
Leg Press 450+
Clean and Jerk 135 x 8
Run 6:20 mile 13:35 two mile

cutting is all in the diet and cardio: HIGH protein, low carb intake and low fat...and do the cardio...HIIT works well...3-4 times a week

Damn that's a big difference between your flat bench and incline bench. Maybe that's where your benching's weakness is, your shoulders. It doesn't mention your deads number, so I figure you don't do them? Add it to your routine. Also do squat in addition to leg press, it'll help with overall development. I'm a bit confused, in the title you say serious gains, but in the content you wanna lose fat. I'm not good with dieting stuff, so I'll leave it to someone else.
