Hey everybody. I'm new to this site, and im just giving out some information to everybody. I'm new to body lifting, and I want to improve. I started about 1 month ago, and here are my reps.

Incline- 95lbs. 4sets of 4reps. 115lbs. 2sets of 4reps. squating- 135lbs. 4 sets of 8reps. 155lbs. 2 sets of 4reps Power clean- 115lbs. 4 sets of 8 135lbs 2 sets of 4 The only time I get to do my workouts is during school, 5 days a week. untill I get my car (11 days) then I'm going to go search for some good gyms. Can anyone give me hint's on how I can improve, and what I need to work on? |

haha. well, I don't know the exact routine is for every day because the coach has something diffrent on the board everyday. but it would look something like.
monday- Benching 4x8 incline 4x8 stuff with dumbbells tuesday- squating 4x8 wednsday- power cleaning 4x6 thurs- Core workout. friday- dumbbell benching. and then we would restart basically. |

Add some Deadlift and back work in there some where, maybe friday. Do you post-core work too, man. Do it early so it don't set you back in the future, like me. haha, you don't want an ass that sag like an old man. =(

What is your height and bodyweight?
Your squat needs some improvement in proportion to the rest of your lifts. But 4 x 8 Powerclean? Try more 5 x 3, it's an explosive lift, and 8 reps in one set is not optimal for this kind of exercise unless you are still more concerned with learning the form quicker. And like others said, get deadlift in there!

you're kinda in the same boat as me with squatting. I used to do it all the time in football, then when i quit fb, i abandoned squats. Now that I want to get back into football i have started to do them again, bit I really wish i would have stuck to them. So I guess my point is, give it your all on squats and deads, dont be like me, because i regret it right now.

ok. So anybody here, can you train me for bulking up in muscle mass (to get heavier benching ect. wheights)? bulk up as in, just getting higher max in wheights basically, and keeping a more toned body deffinetion. like, keeping me up to date on what to eat, cause, I don't know to much on the whole calories/sugars/fats.
