The only reason why i don’t like those calculators is that its one formula for all lifts.. That’s wrong... 5 squats are worth more then 5 deadlifts I like to use this as a guild....

Monday - agility and conditioning
Tuesday - Power Cleans, Bench Press, dead lifts, leg extensions, leg curls, four way neck, back extensions, & squats.
