I am doing it for my first blast now, I'm finishing it (2month). I eated like a friggin monster... Started at 180 (weight after the DNP), now I'm at 196 and a little fatter (1.5 inch more around the waist) and ALOT stronger... I gained fat because of lot of cheating involved when my brother from europe came back, elseway I would have stayed as lean as before. Anyway if you know how to have intensity then DC is amazing... But you really got to understand the principle of pushing yourself to the limit every single set, because you only have one set, then pushing yourself to the limit every single meal, because it's your only possibility to get that food in at that time, etc.. etc.. etc.. EAT BigNate EAT... HAHA |

From what I know about DC training it is supposed to be for intermediate/advanced trainees. The pauses and stretches are supposed to be quite intense. iwannaplaylock, from your stats you are probably still a beginner and more than likely not ready for DC.

e.g. Extreme Stretching, Stactic Sets and Rest pause for some of the heavier lifts
